Agent 007 – License to Scale?
Building and Scaling Your AI Agents with Control

Harry Ritchie, Senior Customer Success Engineer, Dataiku

AI agents promise automation and efficiency, but how can enterprises build and scale them while maintaining control? This session combines expert insights with hands-on implementation. Explore the strategic role of AI agents and their distinction from GenAI. Then, get practical in a live coding session, where we'll build an AI agent using Dataiku’s LLM Mesh.

AI portfolio management: hands-on workshop for decision makers

Dr. Matthias Lein & Henrik Maas, [at] Casebase

The rapid advances in Agentic AI give rise to a central question: How do we have to adapt our funnel and portfolio management to maintain a balance between speed and governance?
This session shows how a modernized stage-gate model built on proven artifacts from classical AI and microservice management and expanded with new agent-specific validations ensures structure, transparency, and risk control.

How to unlock unstructured data insights and build accurate AI Agents

Harald Erb, Principal Solution Engineer, Snowflake

When it comes to enterprise AI, accuracy isn’t optional—it’s everything. This talk focuses on two Snowflake AI services, Cortex Analyst and Cortex Search, which can be used standalone or for planning, orchestrating, and executing tasks with advanced reasoning and retrieval using Snowflake Cortex Agents. But before taking a look under the hood, there will first be a brief overview of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, how this platform is built, and the principles (the “Snowflake Way”) that underpin it. Two topics will then be explored in more detail and presented live in short demos:
Unstructured data insights – e.g. by building AI enriched data pipelines with serverless access to LLM’s. AI powered data agents – by using flexible conversational apps, delivering data-grounded responses using Snowflake’s AI services Cortex Analyst (Text-2-SQL with semantics) and Cortex Search (combined vector and keyword search, along with ensemble of reranking models and customizable scoring).

The role of Knowledge Graphs in the AI era

Fabian Liße, Sales Director Data Analytics, Altair

This presentation introduces Graph Studio, Altair’s enterprise-ready Knowledge Graph solution, and highlights its strategic role in AI era and Altair’s AI Fabric. Graph Studio empowers organizations to unlock the full value of their data by connecting siloed information and enabling context-aware insights. We’ll explore how it accelerates decision-making, enhances operational intelligence, and serves as a critical foundation for the AI era.

Future-Proof Data: How to Make Your Data Strategy Fit for AI and Digital Innovation

Jan Ulrich Maue, Senior Sales Engineer, Denodo

Everyone wants AI – but what does the right data strategy look like? In this interactive workshop, we’ll discuss how modern architectural approaches like Logical Data Management, Lakehouse models, or Cloud Data Warehouses can help drive innovation, control costs, and enable real-time data access.
Discussion topics:
What are the biggest challenges in making data AI-ready?
Are Lakehouse architectures the ultimate answer – or do they hit practical limits?
What role does Logical Data Management play when it comes to real-time data, governance, flexibility and cost control?
How can organizations scale AI initiatives without losing control of their data landscape?

Building Agentic GenAI Systems for Knowledge Management and Test Report Creation

Dr. Thomas Illing, Brain Division Director Validation and Master Expert  & Dr. Heinrich Gotzig, PG Advanced Development Director and Master Expert , Valeo | Dr. Philipp Schwartenbeck, Principal Data Scientist, [at]

Those companies who successfully implement Gen AI are well prepared for future challenges. Key to this success is a productive implementation and a full demonstration of the RoI. After several discussions, Valeo has selected [at] as development partner starting with a PoC for intelligent knowledge management system. We present the key factors regarding our success story, the mandatory stakeholders and the importance of human-centric approach. We illustrate the application of those success factors in two projects that we conducted together, namely the intelligent knowledge management system and an intelligent copilot for test report creation based on agentic AI.

15:00

Causality in the Field of Machine Learning

Arne Steinkraus, Head of Data & Analytics Hub, Swiss Life

With the increasing importance of predictive ML models in industry and practice, decision makers are increasingly asking themselves which cause-effect relationship could have led the model to a certain prediction in order to support business decisions based on it. In the future, this need to explain correlations will increase massively if, for example, AI agents are required to act rationally.
