🌐 Whitelabel Design on Account Level (Global)
Only administrators can define a global design in the account settings that can be applied to all workspaces.
Navigation:
Account Settings (⚙️ icon in the top right, visible for admins) > General >Account Profile
The following design elements can be configured:
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Background Color | Background of the app interface |
| Side Menu | Color of the main navigation menu |
| Accent Color 1 | Used for buttons and highlights |
| Accent Color 2 | Alternate color, e.g. for categories |
| Account Logo | Visible on login and general pages |
| Menu Logo | Logo shown in the side menu |
| Favicon | Icon shown in the browser tab |
Additional options in the Account Profile:

Define colors using hex codes (e.g.
#0055FF) -
Supported image formats: .jpg, .png, .svg

After uploading, images can be resized to fit the required forma
🏷️ Applying Global Design to Workspaces
To apply the account design to a specific workspace:
Navigation:
Select Workspace → Workspace Settings → General → Workspace Profile
You will find the button “Apply Account Design” to adopt the global whitelabel configuration for this workspace.
💎 Whitelabel Design on Workspace Level
Admins and moderators can also define a custom design for each individual workspace.
Navigation:
Select Workspace → Workspace Settings → General → Workspace Profile
Customizable elements:

| Accent Colors 1 & 2 | Local highlight and category color variants |
| Workspace Logo | Displayed in the menu and workspace overview |
| Style Element | Design element for the workspace home section |
