ℹ️ How to reset my password?
IF YOU’VE FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD, YOU CAN RESET IT YOURSELF IN JUST A FEW STEPS:
ℹ️: Applies to all users with login via email and password.
If you log in with your work account (e.g. Microsoft, Google) via SSO and have forgotten your password, please reset it directly with the relevant SSO provider.
- Click on “Forgot your password?” in the login area
- On the following page, enter the e-mail address with which you are registered.
If you are unsure which e-mail address was used, please contact your administrator. - Click on “Reset password”
- You will receive an email with a reset link. Follow the link.
- Set a new password.
The new password must contain at least 8 characters, one capital letter and one special character. - After resetting, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Return to the login page (https://[your hostname].casebase.ai/login/) and log in again as usual.
