⚙️ Info Page - Account Level & Workspace Level

AN INTERNAL INFORMATION PAGE FOR YOUR USERS – EITHER GLOBALLY AT THE ACCOUNT LEVEL OR INDIVIDUALLY PER WORKSPACE.

With the new Info Page feature, you can create an internal information page for your users – either globally at the account level or individually per workspace.

🌐 Info Page at Account Level

Navigation:
Account SettingsGeneralAccount Info

Available options:

Setting Description
Menu Title Define the tab name shown in the Help menu (side navigation)
Background Color Set the background color of the Info Page
Contact Persons All account admins are automatically listed
Content Editor Use a rich text editor to enter and format content
Status

Two status option: Draft orPublished

  •  Draft = Only visible for admins in the text editor
  • Published = Visible for all users

 

 

📁 Info Page at Workspace Level (same structure as account level)

Navigation:

All settings are identical to the account-level Info Page:

  • Custom menu title

  • Background color

  • Admins of the workspace shown as contacts

  • Rich text editor for custom content

  • Status

    •  Draft = Only visible for admins/moderators in the text editor
    • Published = Visible for all users of a workspace
