Option 1: Submit a Support Request

If you need help or encounter a problem, please contact our customer support:

  1. Log in to your Casebase account.

  2. Hover over “Help” in the main navigation menu.

  3. Select “Contact Customer Support.”

  4. Complete the form and submit your request.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
