🔧 Preparation
ℹ️: This step requires the most effort.
Requirements:

You must have moderator rights in the workspace.

Log in to your Casebase instance with your user account.

Select the workspace where you want to import use cases.
Start the Import:

Click the “+” button in the top menu.

Select “Bulk Import”.

Download the Template:

Download the provided Excel template. It is tailored to your workspace (including templates and workflows).

Prepare the Excel File:

Fill out the file according to the instructions in the “Data Schema Guide” sheet.

Use the exact values from your tool configuration (e.g., for “Maturity” or “Quality Gate”).

Separate multiple entries with a semicolon + space.
-
Avoid duplicate titles – each use case must be unique.

Validate & Save the File:

Check that all required fields are filled and formatting is correct (e.g., dates, numbers).

Save the file as an XLSX.
📤 Import Process

Reopen the bulk import page if necessary.

Drag & drop the Excel file or select it from your file browser.

Start the import.

Review the imported use cases for completeness and correctness.
